Web analytics on the website

Google Analytics
DSS uses Google Analytics primarily to generate statistics, including the measurement of effectiveness along its campaigns. Using the program, DSS obtains information mainly about the number of visitors that visited the Website, and on the time spent on the Website by the visitors. The program recognizes the visitor’s IP address, so it can track whether the visitor is new or it is a returning one, and it can also track the path the visitor followed on the Website and where they have entered.
Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
The goal of Google AdWords conversion tracking is to enable DSS to measure the effectiveness of AdWords ads. It does this by using cookies placed on the User’s computer that stay there for 30 days and do not collect personal information.
HotJar collecting information
In order to adapt our website to the expectations of our customers, we use the system of Hotjar Ltd. (www.hotjar.com), which collects and stores data for marketing and optimization purposes. The collected data are used to create user profiles that run under an alias. Without the specific consent of the person concerned, the data collected will not be able to identify the visitor to the website individually, nor will they be linked to the personal data of the alias holder. In this context, data about your browser and the device you use to access the Internet (country, IP address in anonymized form, device type, screen size, browser type, operating system type, pages visited, and date of visitation) will be processed and stored.
